[gst-devel] gst-player ui required changes

I disagree. All apps should NOT set hardware volume, only the gnome
mixer and the gnome volume applet should do that. 

Why? Well because for instance just because I want a low volume music
playing doesn't mean I want the ring tone of gnome-meeting to be low for
instance. Or just because I am increasing the sound volume in
gnome-meeting while having a conversation does not mean I want to
increase the volume on the song I have playing in the background.
