[gst-devel] .pc versioning

Hi team,
I was trying to build gst-player today against 0.7 (our cvs head). But
since the .pc file looked for was .5 this didn't work. 0.5 is going away
so that is ok, but we will have 0.6 and 0.7 out there and gst-player and
other applications should manage to find both. 

To solve this I guess we need to update it for 0.6 as default but have
some configure option that lets us point to 0.7 or 0.8 or whatever.
