+ flac, ogg.
avi actually covers quite a lot of elements, such as ffmpeg*,
gstavidemux plus already mentioned audio plugins. MPEG covers mpegdemux,
mpeg2dec and the audio plugins. Audio plugins cover vorbis*, mad/lame,
wavenc/wavparse, flac*, osssrc/osssink, alsasrc/alsasink, esdsink (?),
plus filesrc/filesink/gnomevfssrc/gnomevfssink. And of course spider.
Sounds like quite a long list to me.
