Agreed.
We should remove GstAutoplugFactory, too.
But I'd like comments from more people before doing it.

Considering another suggestion from David in a bug report:
Can we all agree that every source file in GStreamer (including plugins)
is licensed as LGPL and if that's not possible the file has to be removed
from those 2 CVS modules?
