Hey, we don't have enough developers as it is. Don't go stealing them

I am actually very delighted that we have found new developers who work on
subtitle support or some plugins they care about over the last few months.

What we're missing though is people working on core issues, like metadata
support, autopluggers and such stuff. We've had quite some losses there...
