i am pleased to announce that Gstreamer was used to create a
collection of film clips (2-10 seconds cut out of a film)
which are sorted by emotional content.  You are invited to

There are about 270 clips -- so it would be impossibly
tedious to create this web page without a programmable,
scriptable media manipulation framework.

The A/V sync in the clips are 5-15 frames off.  This is
due to the lack of a good avi muxer element.  As soon
as ffmpeg is well integrated into Gstreamer, the clips
will be rendered to perfection.

i know i've complained a lot about Gstreamer.  Now is the
time to offer a big thanks to the Gstreamer team.  Your
efforts made this possible, and with 100% free software.
