The problems with libmikmod are design issues.
Libmikmod uses loads of global variables, because it was never designed to
play more than one file at a time. The whole layout of the API is like
that.
Seeking stuff is mostly a missing feature that somebody has to work on
though.

So it's not really bugs in the sense of "broken".
