[gst-devel] Element that has a Clock?

For the pipeline that I am trying to run, I one of my elements REQUIRES a
clock.  out of all the elements I have looked at so far, the only one that
has a clock is osssink.  I'm not using osssink, however.  The pipeline is
dealing with mp3 audio, but i could try another type if it works better.
please let me know.  Thanks
