[gst-devel] guile bindings

Hey all,

Andy asked me to drop his guile bindings into CVS.  They're in the
gst-guile module.  I'm not sure if it's possible you can get it to work
yet, because I recall andy saying something about guil-gobject and gwrap
and what not, and I'm obviously missing some .m4's as well.

Andy, let me know what momre needs to be done :)
