[gst-devel] gthread-cothreads.h

GThread cothreads is our third cothreads package and the only one that
works on Solaris :)


It should probably be split into a .h and a .c file, but I never got
around doing it.
It's a bit ugly, but it works.

If you want to get rid of that code in headers, I can probably put the
code into a .c, but I wouldn't do it if nobody says so, because it's
boring :)
