[gst-devel] prerelease

The 0.6.1.2 prerelease of gst-plugins didn't contain videoscale.h, it's in 
there now.

Julien tells me he has issues playing anything on ppc, could our ppc 
hackers please get the tarball and see if it works for them, and if not, 
tell us what's wrong ?
