I'd prefer to have
/Codec/Decoder/...
So you can select plugins from /Codec/Decoder/* for normal autoplugging,
/Codec/Encoder/* for encoding and /Codec/* when you do transcoding.

But I'll look into that when writing a new autoplugger, not before. So
right now, I don't care ;)
