Why is gst-record mentioned in the gst-player release notes?

Seriously, gst-record is work-in-progress. It doesn't work yet. I'll
give a note when I've got a working 0.0.1 release. Large pieces are in
place, some pieces aren't, yet.

If you've looked at CVS, you'll have noticed addition of avimux (several
months ago), rewrite of v4lsrc&co (many months ago, parts still pending,
though), mixer interface (this week), asfmux (several weeks ago), and
many small bits&pieces. Pending are a tv-channel-selector interface, an
overlay interface and the final Gnome GUI that wraps all this. And maybe
I'll miss a few pieces, which will mean I need to code these two. Again,
this won't be done tomorrow or today, so don't hold your breath just
yet. :).
