[gst-devel] filesrc and growing files, updated patch

Hi,

Here is an updated version of my filesrc patch addressing the various
points raised previously. I had added the property for people wanting to
avoid unnecessary stat calls when they know the file they are dealing
with won't change, but now I removed it since you felt it was unneeded.
