Playing with Marlin and saving ID3 stuff it seemed that id3mux wasn't
saving comments correctly. I looked though the libid3tag code and saw
they saved comments a different way to us, so I fixed id3mux.

Then loading them back in, id3demux wouldn't load comments correctly,
so I changed it to do the reverse of what id3mux was doing.

I've attacted the patch for it, so people who know more about this
than I do can check it
