prerelease of plugins, 0.8.3.2, has been made.
To be found at http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/src/gst-plugins/pre/

Freeze for plugins is now in effect.
Dave is rumoured to be filing blocker bugs already, so give it your best
bugfixing and patching shot this weekend so we can release on monday ...
