[gst-devel] api-docs for GstPlugin, GST_LICENCE_UNKNOWN, GST_PLUGIN_ERROR

hi hi,

I have just written the API-docs for GST_PLUGIN_DEFINE and GST_PLUGIN_DEFINE_STATIC.

1.) Thereby I came across the defines for
GST_LICENCE_UNKNOWN
GST_PLUGIN_ERROR
in gstplugin.h
Both are listed as entries in the API docs, but are not documented. If they are
not meant to be used by the user, I can hide them from the docs.
If there have some purpose they need docs.

2.) The docs for GST_PLUGIN_ERROR and gst_plugin_error_quark are nonsense.
Please provide a explanation ;-) I volunteer to transfer that to the docs.
