[gst-devel] gstreamer-plugin libraries docs

hi hi,

I have just added the boiler-plate code for gst-plugin libs gtk-doc. During the
next days I will include all libs in the file, so that the maintainers of the
libs can then document the code ;-)

@thomas: seems you have written the gstgconf lib. why is this a library and not
a plugin that supplies the default elements as plugin-features, so that one can
instantiate them like any other gst-element via
gst_element_factory_make("gconf-audio-sink","mysink");
