Hey,

I made prereleases of gstreamer and gst-plugins.

Please give them a spin and let us know if you find something terribly
ugly.  Remember that these are still development releases.  From after
0.7.4 we (hope to) guarantee API/ABI stability and bug fixes leading up
to a 0.8.0 somewhere at the start of March.

It would be nice if things like the i18n/l10n and the new tool wrapper
code could be tested.

If all goes well I hope to release tomorrow - ideas for release names
are welcome, go wild.
