[gst-devel] FPS change with v4lsrc element

Hi,...

I want to run simple pipeline which will encode AVI file.

something like:

v4lsrc ! winenc ! avimux ! filesink

but i want to capture images from v4l device at different fps,
say 5 fps.

how can i change the speed of capturing ??

i'm playing with GstClock
gst_element_clock_wait(v4lsrc, ????]

is it the right approach ?
