[gst-devel] Please update plugins. I changed the build to export only one symbol from plugins: gst_plugin_desc

I was going to study Ronald's concerns, but I see that
Benjamin has modified the change so that all symbols
starting with gst_ and similar are exported.

Ronald, I asked about this change in this mailing list
before. I regret that this happened while you did not
have Internet access. I just did my best.
