[gst-devel] A bunch of language bindings related fixes

I'd like to see this patch to be included in gstreamer (preferably
before the next release)

It does a couple of things:

1) It registers GstData as a GBoxed type and adds a GST_TYPE_DATA macro
2) Adds a gst_event_free, to be used together with gst_event_copy (also
required for GBoxed types)

Can I just go ahead and commit this?
Since it does not touch a lot else and shouldn't really break anything.
