At some point between the 0.6.x splitoff and now, jpegdec got broken in
CVS HEAD. Fixing that is fairly high on my TODO list, it'll definately
happen before 0.8.0. Until that time, I'm affraid I'll have to ask you
to use 0.6.x. HEAD/CVS currently doesn't have a working JPEG decoder.
