Hi, I'm the Debian GStreamer maintainer.  Sorry, I haven't gotten around
to making those.  It's probably not too hard to do, just haven't found
the time to do it yet.  The code is changing so much recently that it's
probably a good idea to grab latest CVS code if you want to work/use
0.7.x.
