[gst-devel] [Q] Where to get the 'volume' plugin

It's my fault.  I haven't kept the repos updated since nobody ever told
me they were using it.  If you want to use it, kick me a little and tell
me to get my act together and I will.  But I can't keep it updated
without feedback from users/voluntary testers.
