[gst-devel] oggdemux and vorbisdec are in

Just so noboddy misses it: I have committed vorbisdec and updates to
oggdemux. It's probably not perfect, so bug me when something's wrong.

Seeking, length querying and all that nasty stuff is implemented. I have
tested the following:
- command line file playback and seeking
- Rhythmbox playback and seeking
- command line playback of the audio of the ogg Theora videos of
http://www.xiph.org/~volsung/cc/mixtape.html - it's only pending a
theoradec to also output video.
- tag reading using the command line

What I haven't tested (that I probably should have): gst-player and iradio
streaming. It's on my list.

Oh, and because I want to have enough testing for this stuff, I've also
made the oggdemux/vorbisdec combo the default plugging method for spider.
