[gst-devel] [patch] add xml support in python bindingsFrom

Hi,

finally i got all xml functions into the gst-python bindings (without
docs about the generator small patches need a lot of time... ;)

it will be checked at runtime if libxml2 bindings are available and the
functions will not be accessable without, so there are not necessary.
