Hello,

I succeeded in building and installing gstreamer 0.8.1 using cygwin
but when I run  "gst-inspect fakesrc" in cygwin I get
	ERROR: No version of tool gst-inspect not found.

"gst-inspect-0.8 fakesrc" gives a slightly different error
	(process:4056): GLib-WARNING **: getpwuid_r(): 
	failed due to unknown user id (25181)
	no such element or plugin 'fakesrc'

The output of gst-feedback is attached at the end.

Any idea what I did wrong?
I only installed the gstreamer module because I want to get acquainted with
the framework by stepping through a simple filesrc-filesink application.
