[gst-devel] patch against docs/gst/gstreamer-docs.sgml, okay to commit?

hi hi,

while doing the gtk-doc for my own project I learned a few things about gtk-doc.

The attached little patch reactivates the object hierachy and adds an
alphabetical index.
As the next step I would like to fix the docs for the objects that are not
clickable in the object hierarchy.
Is it okay, when I commit this little patch?
