   I did'nt know we maintain a ChangeLog for gst-plugins. IIRC we
did'nt used to. I religiously maintain the ChangeLog for GNU Robots,
so it's not that I forgot to do so but rather because I did'nt know we
do it. In short, I most prabably would'nt commit THIS mistake again.
