[gst-devel] docs - the easy way for you

hi all,

Before starting to hide internals and adding the remaining infos ronals has
sent, here is a up-to-date list for those who wish to look at it over the weekend.

I have checkd with the GLib and Gtk docs. The GST_TYPE_XXX one don't need to be
documented, but the GstXxxx one should.

A big block in the remaining list are the GST_TAG_XXX defines.
