[gst-devel] Include Headers and Libraries for plug-ins

Hi,
 I am interested to know how to add rules to include headers and
libraries for a new plug-in.
 I have created a new plug-in. However, it needs to include the, say
SDL, headers and libraries for proper installation - in the
*_la_CFLAGS and *_la_LIBS.
 Can somebody suggest how to do this, say using autoconf or some other tools?
 Any pointers to the solution would be ok also.
