[gst-devel] query about installing Gstreamer in FC3

Hello,
I ve a query about the installation of Gstreamer in FC3.....If I fully
install Fedora core 3 in my machine,would I get the full access of
Gstreamer core and gst-plugins in my machine?should I update it?Please
tell me what  actually I need to do to get access of Gstreamer in my
machine...I'm going to install fedora core 3 in my system...nd will
write applications with Gstreamer..
