[gst-devel] video encode plugin problem

Hi all,
 
I am trying to capture video using gstreamer plugin.
the following pipeline is OK:
gst-launch v4lsrc ! xvimagesink
 
But I want to encode raw video into mpeg format, could you please tell me
which plugin can be used? 
If using mpeg2enc, what extra library should be installed and where can I
get these libraries?
