[gst-devel] video encode problem

Hi all,
 
I want to use v4lsrc and ffenc_mpeg2video to capture and encode video. the
following are the problems:
 

gst-launch v4lsrc ! ffenc_mpeg2video ! filesink location=/home/v1.mpg
RUNNING pipeline ...
ERROR: pipeline doesn't want to play.
ERROR: from element /pipeline0/v4lsrc0: Could not get/set settings from/on
resource. Additional debug info:
v4l_calls.c(244): gst_v4l_close: /pipeline0/v4lsrc0:
Device is in streaming mode.

Does anyboby know how to solve this problem?
 
Is there other video encode plugin to be used in gstreamer? is it possible
to use mpeg2enc and where to get its library?
