[gst-devel] Mad plugin problem in Fedora core 4

Hi,
I ve installed Fedora core 4 in my system.....and also installed all the 
required rpms nd their dependencies needed....The list of the rpms which I 
install is as follows..

gstreamer-ffmpeg-0.8.6-2.2.fc4.i386.rpm
                mpeg2dec-0.4.0-5b.2.fc4.i386.rpm
                mpeg2dec-devel-0.4.0-5b.2.fc4.i386.rpm
                libfame-0.9.1-7.2.fc4.i386.rpm
                libfame-devel-0.9.1-7.2.fc4.i386.rpm
                libmad-0.15.1b-3.2.fc4.i386.rpm
                libmad-devel-0.15.1b-3.2.fc4.i386.rpm
                liboil-0.3.2-2.fc4.i386.rpm
                liboil-devel-0.3.2-2.fc4.i386.rpm
                swfdec-0.3.5-1.2.fc4.i386.rpm
                swfdec-devel-0.3.5-1.2.fc4.i386.rpm
                gsm-1.0.10-5.2.fc4.i386.rpm
                gsm-devel-1.0.10-5.2.fc4.i386.rpm
                lame-3.96.1-2.2.fc4.i386.rpm
                lame-devel-3.96.1-2.2.fc4.i386.rpm 
                libid3tag-0.15.1-3.b.i386.rpm(For FC4)
                libid3tag-devel-0.15.1-3.b.i386.rpm(For FC4)
                faad2-2.0-4.2.fc4.i386.rpm   
                faad2-devel-2.0-4.2.fc4.i386.rpm
                liba52-0.7.4-5.i386.rpm
                libmpcdec-1.2-1.2.fc4.i386.rpm
                gstreamer-plugins-extra-audio-0.8.8-2.2.fc4.i386.rpm 
                gstreamer-plugins-extra-video-0.8.8-2.2.fc4.i386.rpm

After that I use gst-register-0.8 to register all plugins....nd
registered successfully....
Then I test the plugins with gst-inspect-0.8 nd c all the plugins
installed successfully except mad.it <http://mad.it> gives the message
no element or plugin mad.
But the following .so / .a file exists
/usr/lib/gstreamer-0.8/libgstmad.so
/usr/lib/libmad.so
/usr/lib/libmad.so.0.2.1
/usr/lib/libmad.a
/usr/lib/libmad.so.0

Please suggest me what should I do to get access of mad plugin
