[gst-devel] GStreamer 0.10 for DEVELOPERS

CVS ebuilds are best left in your own overlays, and advertised on
forums.gentoo.org.

There are exceptions where upstream do not do releases eg. ffmpeg and
they are really done as cvs snapshots.
