[gst-devel] Transcoding problem

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to transcode using gst APIs from C code. I
get a timestamp error. The encoder says that second
frame has the same timestamp as the first one. None of
the elements has clocking capabilities so how can I
make the pipeline step to another timestamp? Is it
possible to get the error for other reasons?
