[gst-devel] Ogg to MP3 with tags?

Hi.
I'm trying to convert my OGG files to MP3 files, using gst-launch. The 
command listed in the man pages works (and I discovered it after 
reconstructing the command on my own...) but it doesn't convert tags.
I've tried adding various tag related elements at strategic points in 
the pipeline, but no joy.
How do I convert to MP3, and convert the tags?
I don't mind doing this in two seperate steps in necessary, but I'd 
prefer a single command if possible.
