thanks for the tip. I could find gstreamer 0.9 sources under
http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/src/gstreamer/pre/ , but I can't find
gst-plugins sources for 0.9 anywhere :(

I see. but I really need to seek on an element, and not on the final
alsasink (or osssink). is there no other way?
