Those are build options. ./configure --disable-loadsave
--disable-registry will disable libxml2 dependencies and registry.
Without the registry, it's not all that useful, but hey, you asked for
it. Internationalization can be disabled by not running intltoolize,
IIRC. It's a build option, for sure.
