     IIRC, there is only one element in this plugin (mp3parse) which
is responsible (at least) for timestamping the mp3 packets so the
network transport element (e.g udpsink) sends each packet at it's
proper time. This is usefull for example when you want to stream mp3
data from a file on to the network.
