[gst-devel] core prerelease

Hi everyone,

http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/src/gstreamer/pre/ contains a 0.8.9.2
prerelease of the core.

This release has fixes for gcc4 and 64bit, so it should work fine on
both of those.  Lots of other things got fixed as well of course :)

I hope to release this tomorrow, so please test this and let us know how
well it works.
