[gst-devel] Windows Package

Thanks for the work. 

I successfully compiled it. But how to I know it works? Is there any test
program or applications I can run on Windows to make sure it works?

I tried running gst-register but looks like it does not do anything. I know
on a Linux system - it will write out on the screen every plugin it
registers.

I just made a GStreamer 0.8.10 core package for
windows users.

To use it just unrar the archive content in your C:
directory, open the msvc71.sln project file
(C:\gstreamer-0.8.10\win32) with visual and compile
the solution.

I have made few corrections in the code to enable
windows compilation so.
