[gst-devel] What is this aggregator element for ?

Hello all,

I would like to know what is possible with the aggregator element.
Is it for stream concatenation ?
I would like to concatenate encoded streams with exactly the same encoding 
profiles without decoding them.
Is the aggregator what I'm looking for ? Is there another element that might do 
it ? Should I code such an element myself ?

Thanks for any help. An example using an aggregator would also be welcome.
