[gst-devel] long delay before starting playback

Hi,
  I tried to MP3 file using Gstreamer by two
applications, one is Gst-launch, another is helloworld
application inside gstreamer.0.8.11 package, both of
them have long delay before you heard the song, Is it
a bug or just normal practice? to me, it doesn't make
sense.
