[gst-devel] mad support

Hey guys i'm trying to compile gstreamer 0.8.11 with mad support. mad
compiles and installs without any complaint. when i run ./configure in
my gst-plugins-0.8.11 directory, it tells me that mad will not be built:

what am i doing wrong?
