Hey there,
Well jrtplib is of course all object oriented and it has a
component called the transmitter. This component is in charge of
transmitting the RTP packets generated from the rest of the lib on the
network. Now in order to use jrtplib in gstreamer, I wrote a gst
transmitter that actually passes the packets to gstreamer instead of
sending them out on the network. And rtpbin is in charge of taking
jrtplib and putting it in a pipeline.

Well, first of all jrtplib has to be built after gstreamer core and base
has been installed, otherwise it will compile without the gst
transmitter. Second -good has to be compiled after jrtplib otherwise the
jrtp gst plugin will not compile.
