There is also a new "header compression" feature. In addition to the 
widely used zlib compression of blocks. The idea is that the 
ContentAlgoSetting contains the bytes stripped from all Blocks of the 
track and thus has to be added before using the data of the track. I've 
implemented this in VLC.

For the moment on Avi-Mux GUI and maybe Haali's muxer can create such files.
