[gst-devel] gstreamer 0.9 and XML representation of elements

I wonder if there has been a change in teh GstXML module for 0.9.

with 0.8, unfortunately the XML output / input with GstXML did not
enable the complete reconstruction of an element hierarchy. for example,
ghost pads weren't properly reported in the XML file, etc.

it would be very nice though to have a proper serialization of gstreamer
element hierarchies. this would enable configuration file-based adding
of some element components..
